PLEASE NOTE THESE TRAININGS ARE BEING UPDATED BY RMSL AND WILL BE AVAILABLE TO REVIEW IN MAY

Per RMSL policy, all Starter/Referees and Stroke Judges (and Coaches) must satisfy the following annual training requirements:

• Starter/Referees (new/ non-experienced):
  1. Attend at least one in-person RMSL training clinic, and
  2. Pass an online quiz based on USA Swimming's series of starter/referee and stroke education videos.

• Starter/Referees (experienced):
  1. Pass an online quiz based on USA Swimming's series of starter/referee and stroke education videos.

• Stroke Judges (experienced):
  1. Pass an online quiz (refresher version) based on USA Swimming's series of stroke education videos.

• Coaches (all):
  1. Pass an online quiz (coaches version) based on USA Swimming's series of stroke education videos.

Note that, with regard to the online quiz:

• It is important that you click the appropriate quiz link above to ensure proper recording of your quiz results;
• Your grade/result will be displayed at the end of the quiz;
• Your grade/result will be sent automatically to RMSL; and
• You do not need to print or otherwise record your grade/result.
