Hello Hawks and Hunters Hill Families!

It’s that time of year for our annual Butter Braid sale. This fundraiser is really important as it is one of the most lucrative for the team – AND it provides awesome Butter Braid goodness for all your upcoming holiday functions! The team makes more than $5 for each Braid we sell and that adds up very quickly!

Here’s how it works:

1. TWO ways to order:

A) Print out an order form. PDF is attached.

B) Order on-line. Click on the link from the email that you received from “My Fundraising Place”.

2. Sell Butter Braids to your family, friends and neighbors – collecting payment at the time of the order. You can send the link (from your email) to family and friends so that orders can be made and paid on-line. Just remember that you will be responsible for delivery.

3. Turn in completed order forms – with full payment – to the cooler on the front porch at:Tara and Nick Moscaritolo’s house: 8701 E Fremont Circle.Forms/payment need to be received by 5pm on Saturday, November 2nd.

4. Pick up your braids from Tara and Nick Moscaritolo’s house on WEDNESDAY 11/13 from 6:00p to 8:30pm – or make arrangements for someone to pick them up for you as we just don’t have the freezer space to accommodate storage.

5. Deliver your Butter Braids to whomever you sold them to.
