Hello Hunters Hill Hawks!

Butter Braid pastries are a great fundraiser for our swim team and our fundraiser starts NOW! We are selling items from today until November 16th. The team makes more than $5 for each item we sell and that adds up very quickly! Contact friends and family by email, text, phone calls and ask them if they would like to support our swim team by ordering some delicious Butter Braids, Gluten Free Cookie Dough rolls, or Coda coffee. The process is simple.

1. TWO ways to order:

A) Print out an order form. PDF is attached

OR contact Tara for a color paper order form.

B) Order on-line. Click on the link My Fundraising Place. Enter your First and Last Name, as well as your email. Instructions will be provided.

2. Sell Butter Braids to your family, friends and neighbors – collecting payment at the time of the order. Checks can be made out to Hunters Hill Hawks or you can have them pay you and you can make a check out to Hunters Hill Hawks. You can send the link above to family and friends, as soon as you self register so that orders can be made and paid on-line. When orders are made on-line there is an additional $1 convenience fee at check out. Just remember that you will be responsible for delivery of ALL your Butter Braids, which should be in a safe, physically distant process.

3. Turn in completed order forms-with full payment, if orders were not made on-line, to the cooler on the front porch at Tara and Nick Moscaritolo’s house: 8701 E Fremont Circle. Forms/payment need to be received by 5pm on Monday, November 16th.

4. Pick up your pastries/cookie dough/coffee from The Moscaritolo’s house on MONDAY 11/23 from 6:30pm to 7:30pm – or make arrangements for someone to pick them up for you as we just don’t have the freezer space to accommodate storage.

5. Deliver your Butter Braids to whomever you sold them to.

This is what is available: Enjoy all these delicious Butter Braid flavors: Apple, Cherry, Cinnamon, Cream Cheese, Blueberry Cream Cheese, Strawberry Cream Cheese, Bavarian Créme with Chocolate frosting, and Caramel Rolls (9). Each Butter Braid is $13.

Need Gluten Free desserts? We also have YumBana Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough and Double Chocolate Cookie Dough. Each Cookie Dough roll is $13.

Coda coffee is available to enjoy with your special treats, in French Vanilla, Kona, or Italian Roast, in K-pods (12 pods) or Whole beans (12 oz). Coffee is $16.
