Hello Hawk Swimmers!

There is a lot of important information in this week's email.  Please be sure to read through all of it!

Morning practice starts this Tuesday, 6/1.

10 years and under 8:00-9:00am

Minnows 8:45-9:30am (they will be in the water this week)

11 years and older 9:30-10:45am

**reminder - if your swimmer is 8 years or younger, please plan on staying on deck to supervise your child, or make arrangements with another parent

Practice Meet @HH Pool Wed, 6/2

Our practice meet will be this Wednesday.  This meet is particularly important this year, as this will be the first time we will be operating a meet with the new Swimmingly platform.  Warm ups will be at 5:30pm and the meet will start at 6:00pm.  Meet declarations are open and you should have received a separate email with instructions on how to sign your swimmer up for their events (max 3 individual, coaches will do relay teams).  If you are volunteering as a timer or stroke judge, make sure to download the Swimmingly App before you arrive and your cell phone is charged at least 75%.

Swim Suit and Team Apparel Orders

If you ordered swim suits or team apparel from Swim 'N Things, they will be available for pick up this week at practice.  Please see Summer DuBois to pick up your order.

First Virtual Meet HH vs. Homestead

Our first meet of the season will be virtual against Homestead.  All virtual meets will take place at the Hunters Hill pool.  Meet declarations will be opened on Thursday morning.  Look for an additional email with the link.  Concessions will be available at all meets this season.

Picnic at the Park

Join our neighborhood families, swimmers and coaches for the first Friday Night Picnic at the Park this Friday, 6/4 from 6:00-7:00pm.  Bring your own picnic dinner and lawn chairs for a relaxing evening while the kids run around, play games and bond as a team.

Bingo Night Sunday, 6/6

6:00-8:00pm

Our first community event will be this Sunday, 6/6.  Join us for a fun night of bingo, prizes, and laughs.  Bring some some money for bingo sheets and concessions.  All ages welcome. This is always a fun night!
