Thank you for such a great first meet! Well done swimmers and a huge thank you to all our volunteers! This one is a long one, but stay with us - a lot of great info! We have pictures on Monday, a home meet on Saturday and so much more!
6/5 Practice Meet - TONIGHT
Rescheduled from last Wednesday. We encourage everyone to attend. We may have guest teams volunteers join us to learn how to run a meet and the different roles. This is a great time to shadow volunteer roles if you are signed up for a role you've never done - feel free to jump in and ask to shadow!

6/5 Bingo Night - TONIGHT
Join us at the pool for Bingo Night! We will start at 6 pm. We will have concessions and bingo cards available for purchase.
Swim Practice
No practice Monday due to pictures. Normal practices the rest of the week.
10 and Under: 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM
Minnows: 8:45 AM - 9:30 AM
11 and Over: 9:30 AM - 10:45 AM
6/6 Swim Team Pictures
We use Imagetek for our team pictures every year. You will have the option for individual and team pictures. We will start individual pictures right at 9 a.m., so plan to arrive around 8:45 a.m. Please arrive with the order form filled out and payment ready. (There will be order forms available at the pool if you forget yours).
Please have swimmers arrive in their swimsuit, as we will take the photo in their team suit. We know some suits haven't arrived yet - so if you have a blue or black suit, that would be perfect. If not, any suit will do.
Payment is due on picture day. Any late orders will be subject to a $5.00 fee for additional processing. We accept checks, cash or credit cards. All photos are always 100% guaranteed!
SwimminglyFan App - Your NEW Heat Sheet
Please download the SwimminglyFan app via App Store or Google Play Store. The app is FREE and holds every detail the heat sheet use to. We will not have heat sheets available prior to meets or at the meets - but all of the information is in the app. We strongly encourage every parent and even swimmers to download the app. You can even use the app to help you heat kids, figure out where we are in the meet, and view LIVE results!
6/10 Picnic at the Park
Swimmers and families, pack up a picnic dinner and meet the team at the park. We will gather at 6 pm each Friday.
6/11 Home Meet
We have our first home meet! We are excited to host Homestead Farm II! Please watch for an email to declare your swimmer for events.
Hunters Hill Warm Ups: 6:45 a.m.
Homestead Farm II Warm Ups: 7:15 a.m.
Scratch Meeting: 7:15 a.m.
Stroke Judge Meeting: 7:25 a.m.
Timer Meeting: 7:35 a.m.
Heating Meeting: 7:35 a.m.
National Anthem: 7:55 a.m.
Start: 8 a.m.

GroupMe App & Team Communications
Coach Julien will use GroupMe app to give last minute communications. This is also a great place for any questions or to stay in communication with the entire team. We have swimmers, parents and coaches inside the group.

Parents/Guardians, once you register & sign-up your swimmer(s) using the instructions below, they'll automatically populate on the roster and become active for the season!
Per the Swimmingly® Child Protection Policy, as a guardian, you will have oversight of your swimmer(s) and can invite other parents/guardians/grandparents that you wish to affiliate with your swimmers in the Swimmingly® Clubhouse!
You must register & sign-up your swimmer(s) using these instructions to participate in the season. The Swimmingly® Clubhouse will be your home for your swimmer results, meet declarations, time improvements, best times, and MORE!
The steps below are required for ALL (new and returning) swimmers to swim in meets this season. Please take action ASAP so we can get ready for the swim season!
