Thank you for such a great season so far! Well done swimmers and a huge thank you to all our volunteers which make meets happen! We are excited for a movie night at the pool and our first tri-team meet!

10 and Under: 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM

Minnows: 8:45 AM - 9:30 AM

11 and Over: 9:30 AM - 10:45 AM

SwimminglyFan App - Your NEW Heat Sheet

Please download the SwimminglyFan app via App Store or Google Play Store. The app is FREE and holds every detail the heat sheet use to. We will not have heat sheets available prior to meets or at the meets - but all of the information is in the app. We strongly encourage every parent and even swimmers to download the app. You can even use the app to help you heat kids, figure out where we are in the meet, and view LIVE results!

6/14 Craft Project at the Pool

Join us for DIY Slime and crafts at 2:45 p.m. Tuesday! All ages welcome to join in the fun!

6/16 Movie Night at the Pool

All ages welcome! We will have popcorn and limited concessions available. We will be showing Hercules! 

6/17 Picnic at the Park

Swimmers and families, pack up a picnic dinner and meet the team at the park. We will gather at 6 pm each Friday.

6/18 Tri-Team Meet

We have our first tri-team meet! Bow Mar South is hosting us. This meet may run a bit longer than the others with three teams. Please watch for an email to declare your swimmer for events.

Planning Ahead - Boat Races are June 29!

Please join us for an evening of home-made boats. Below are the rules for the boats.  

Boat requirements:

Teams of 4 or less

Each boat must have a theme

Up to three noodles only

Only cardboard and waterproofing materials (ex. Trash bags, saran wrap, duct tape)

No more than 5 yards in length

No motors (including manual kicking)

No flotation devices except the three noodles

Paddles must be hand-made (no oars)

Hands are acceptable as paddles

Prizes will be given for first, second and third place plus a few other small prizes.

GroupMe App & Team Communications

Coach Julien will use GroupMe app to give last minute communications. This is also a great place for any questions or to stay in communication with the entire team. We have swimmers, parents and coaches inside the group.

Per the Swimmingly® Child Protection Policy, as a guardian, you will have oversight of your swimmer(s) and can invite other parents/guardians/grandparents that you wish to affiliate with your swimmers in the Swimmingly® Clubhouse!

You must register & sign-up your swimmer(s) using these instructions to participate in the season. The Swimmingly® Clubhouse will be your home for your swimmer results, meet declarations, time improvements, best times, and MORE!

The steps below are required for ALL (new and returning) swimmers to swim in meets this season. Please take action ASAP so we can get ready for the swim season!
